diy never looked so good.

Because you likely need to send cards before you have to give gifts, here's a really sweet card that you (or your recipients) can make personal. Awesome.

silver can cuffs

These stylish can cuffs are handmade from sterling silver and aluminum cans.

There are several brands available to match your style... including Lucky Lager, Rolling Rock, Coca Cola, Dr. Pepper, Sunkist, Guinness, Pabst and Miller beers. I'm pretty sure Darryl would particularly favor the one shown above.

They are a little over the 100 dollar mark... but hey it's the Holiday season... it's good to splurge.

If you want a cheaper alternative they also offer cool can rings.

give the gift of cardboard

Here's an arts and crafts project that will make a statement on your desk.

The Atomic Bonsai Kit is easily assembled and can be infinitely restyled by moving the cardboard leaves to different branches.

No water or pruning necessary.

a craft fair without the church basement

Just sit right back and enjoy the world's biggest craft fair. No hobos like the craft fairs in the city. And no grandmas, like the craft fairs in the suburbs. Just you and the crafters. Or whatever you call them.

If you haven't spent time at etsy in a while, now's the time. Etsy is the online marketplace for all things craft. And we're not talking about toilet paper covers made of crochet. Not that there's anything wrong with that. (Yes, there are some crochet things, too, as you can see by the image above. Not sure why he doesn't have a shirt on.)

Shop at etsy for 20 minutes and you'll feel like you've visited the largest craft fair in the world. Cool art, t-shirts, and so much more. All unique, hand made gifts. Not sure what to look for? Try the "time machine" feature, which throws a random sampling of Etsy goodies at you, non-stop.
