Hilton ups their fitness experience game

Just as Westin brought Peloton to your room, Hilton brings a full fitness center directly to theirs. They’ve dubbed it “Five Feet to Fitness” and it includes 200 fitness videos and several different types of equipment so that guests can continue keeping fit while on the road.

While they're not the first hotel chain to place fitness equipment in their rooms, it’s the way it’s being utilized in the room that makes Hilton’s experience so unique. It’s easy to just place a piece of workout equipment in a room, it’s a different experience altogether to alter the room entirely around these fitness activities.

The equipment includes an indoor bike, along with a training station called “Gym Rax” that allows guests to do several different styles of exercise, including strength and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to name a few. When you’re finished with your workout, the station comes complete with amenities such as protein, hydration drinks and Biofreeze to ease muscle pain.

The only bad part about this is that now you can expect more sweaty selfies after your friend’s workout while they’re traveling.
