fox news anchor things she's a hamster

Do you see it? Supposedly there is a likeness between this Fox News anchor and that little plastic hamster. So much so that the anchor is suing Hasbro for stealing her name and likeness to create the toy. The anchor, Harris Faulkner, feels that the toy "'bear[s] a physical resemblance to Faulkner’s traditional professional appearance,' including her skin tone, eye shape, and the design of the animal’s eye 'makeup.'" The toy is no longer available, but that may just be coincidental. Do you have your name trademarked? Looks like you may want to go do that.
