Have you ever imagined what a pothole would say if it could talk? Me neither, but now we know, thanks to Panama City and some help from Ogilvy. They just brought the noise with this campaign to fix the damaged city streets. Attention grabbing tweets were sent directly to the department of public works every time a car drove over one of these special devices placed in potholes throughout the city. Needless to say, this got some attention and the minister is on the case!
