The beer and wine industries have become so big that the Blue Ridge Community College in North Carolina is offering an "associate of applied science degree in brewing, distilling and fermenting"so students can learn to craft alcoholic beverages at a professional level. They're also hoping to help spur the budding beer and wine industries in the region.
