T-Mobile and AT&T engage in Twitter war over a girl (or a customer)

In the past, you may have complained to your friends or significant other about your wireless service, maybe even sent a tweet or two out to your followers, not expecting anything to come from it. Because of this, Twitter user Jay Rooney must have been pretty surprised when AT&T and T-Mobile (along with the company’s CEO) engaged in a high school level Twitter brawl when Rooney tweeted complaining about AT&T service.

We just can’t get enough of these companies getting down on the users’ level while tweeting to customers. Judging by Rooney’s decision to visit a T-Mobile store to switch carriers after the exchange, it looks like it's working.
