new London skyscraper melts cars on the street

While it may be tempting to make your skyscraper as shiny as possible, turns out creating a 37-story magnifying glass may not be beneficial to those on the ground.

A newly erected building at 20 Fenchurch Street in London’s financial district is actually melting cars that park next to it. After just one hour of parking in front of the building, one businessman ended up with a Jaguar that had most if its plastics damaged beyond repair.

Come to think of it, this could become a very effective deterrent against illegal parking!
