Shazam, the company
known for helping consumers discover music, is working on broadening its audio
tagging horizons by helping consumers figure out where to buy what their
favorite TV characters are wearing. It works the same way Shazam has always
worked except now what comes back results what the cast is wearing and link them directly to an online store. The app
is cutting out the "middleman," the search engine, by bringing content directly from
screen to viewer. But don’t worry, your coworkers will still judge your Shazam’ed
