So many companies out there suck at customer service... so bad that when you actually have a good experience you're literally surprised. And if you had a beyond amazing experience, well, then that company deserves to be praised all over the internet for their awesomeness. Here are two recent ones. Learn from them... yeah, I'm talking to you Cable company.
A little boy used all his Christmas money to buy a LEGO set he really wanted. Little boy wants to take figurines from the set with him on their trip to the mall, but dad says no. Little boy doesn't listen to dad and loses figurine. Little boy writes LEGO about his misfortune, and this was LEGO's response. Awww.
Super, overdue pregnant woman comes into Red Robin, orders food for her and her family and sees this on her receipt. Another awww.
