What better way to get your attention then… wobbly tables? Well
it’s a perfect idea when trying to raise awareness to Parkinson’s disease. Over
1,000
wooden wedges were propped underneath tables across Sydney to re-enact the
shakes, a common symptom of the disease.
The messages printed on the wedge were:
“It’s more than just the shakes” and “Thirty Australians are diagnosed with
Parkinson’s disease every day. But thousands more are affected, from family to
friends. You can help stop it at shakeitup.org.au.”
