The site seems to be down as of this morning, but the concept is simple: create a password. The more complex the password, the more clothing the girlie avatar removes. That's motivation for creating memorable passwords like "Thkj5348#$@%" instead of "redrover".
(Yeah, they need a male version for the ladies and gay guys. And getting their site back up might help business, too.)
