Wood, made from newspapers, that were made from wood. It's the ultimate in the full circle of life for a tree. Now, if you could just use the ashes for fertilizing a new tree...

I don't see why either sawdust or ashes couldn't be put in to a compost bin (to make fertilizer).

Only issue I can see is you are supposed to use only black and white newspapers in compost - no colored ink.

I don't think if we could do that in what the image shown. News paper make a new wood? Nuh!. It's impossible. But nice post. Your post could be helpful in a sense that your promoting the campaign in recycling things that could be use over and over again.
