Word of mouth agency 1000 Heads is celebrating TEN years in this crazy business. As a part of their month-long anniversary celebration, they've created two things that you must see:
1. A fun illustration that answers the question "What is WOM?"
2. A list featuring the 10 most amazing WOM thought leaders. We happen to believe this is the most important, most accurate list ever created in the industry. You should probably distribute this to everyone on your team, and then print one out, circling the dude at #8, and writing "sooo hot" next to his picture. Post it on the employee refrigerator for all to see.
I love that their site is a completely relevant blog chocked full of great information that clients can actually put to work. (When was the last time you subscribed to an agency site??)
