Israel's largest paint retailer partnered with the city of Eilat to offer free parking on their highly trafficked Hotel Boulevard. To call more attention to the parking and better tie it to the Tambour retail store, they painted the curbs in a rainbow of color.
So if you're vacationing in Eilat, remember:
Red & white = no parking.
Blue & white = paid parking.
Rainbow = free parking happy dance.
