If everyone's moving back into the city (and by the sounds of it, Brooklyn, specifically), what's going to happen with suburbia? How could suburbia be re-invented and put to a better use?

Suburbs are not over in Texas. They just keep going farther away. I drive about 2 hours every day (when Im lucky). I go from a big city to the middle of nowhere with cows, random fires, and tons of land.
