friday flakes episode nine

Today's Friday Flakes is recorded with FUTUREVISION, the Plaid technology that allows the recording of content for future posting. This week's episode is hosted by Chris, RJ and Darryl.

This week, we chat about:

+ We've finalized the tour route for the Plaid tour! We'll be launching a 2009 tour blog next week sometime - but expect lots of fun in places between Detroit and New Orleans, this summer.
+ Darryl and David are heading to SXSW next week. If you're also going, be sure to buy them a Lone Star beer. You can also check the SXSW version of BrandFlakes, which will detail meeting notes, photos and incriminating videos of the entire Plaid SXSW adventure.

In this week at BrandFlakesForBreakfast, we chat about:
+ How the demise of the Rocky Mountain News went viral
+ The relationships that you need to eliminate from your Facebook page

In the World of Social Media, we chat about:
+ How people did nasty things with Skittles and it was delicious
+ How the new Facebook will be all new, and sparkly and stuff

At the suggestion of Eric Smith, we talked about the power of RSS feeds, and how easy it is for you to start reading feeds, too.

Darryl sends us off with his trademark Texas salute. Have a great weekend!
