Introducing friday flakes

We're going to try this podcast thing. Here's our goal:
+ A quick ten minute-ish clip from the makers of Brand Flakes for Breakfast.
+ Hosted each week by two Plaid employees, and posted every Friday.
+ A little bit about the industry, cool stuff we've noticed, and life at Plaid.
+ Un-rehearsed, quick and dirty, no editing, just sit down and chat.

Our first episode is above. This week, we talk about:
+ Returning from a long, long holiday break.
+ CES and MacWorld
+ Robert Scoble stuck on a bus.
+ David Armano makes social media magic.

And we highlight three posts we thought were interesting this week:
- A cool way to do testimonials
- Some new thinking on "free"
- How not to be a tweetscumbag

We've already torn the first episode to pieces and know what we'll do better next week. This is absolutely a work in progress. But what about you? What should we do more of? Less of? Get better at?

Congratulations on an awesome inaugural podcast! Friday Flakes will obviously be a new weekly habit for me.

And thank you for the shout-out! That was an added surprise bonus!

Friday Flakes is great. I couldn't help but wonder while the podcast was going... how is the phone in between you guys going to come in play with all this? Anyway... enjoyable watch, though, as a side note, I did have to crank up my volume a bit.

Thanks for the peek into what sparks you. Haribo gummies?
David - Good job on the haircut - way to be prepared for the first day of school! It doesn't suck, totally.
I have to second the comment about bumping up the volume.
Hope to see more next week!!
