Except a quick check on the follower shows they're following about 2,359 people, and only 4 people are following them. Every single one of their tweets points to their stupid blog on "how to quit your day job and make a fortune at home, while losing weight and having more sex"
Twitter feels your pain. So they've created a spam fighter. Just follow Spam, and send a direct message (or a reply) with the evil spammer's Twitter name, and they'll take care of it! From Techcrunch. You can continue tweeting now.

Thanks for this! I've had trouble with some less than reputable "followers" recently...
