
Usually when you put together the words "insurance-based financial services" with "marketing" they repel. Like oil and water. So how does the Zurich Financial Services Group recruit marketing people in a fun way?
They created a fun campaign site that lets you explore some more ridiculous opportunities outside of their industry. My personal fave is the cassette dude, pictured above. "Can you pick up an MP3??"
Recruiting with a sense of humor. That's something that you didn't think insurance-based financial people were capable of - and positions Zurich as being way cooler than the rest of the insurance-based financial industry.
