behind the scenes at facebook

Robert Scoble visits Facebook and chats with Mark Slee, their Lead Product Manager. If you're a Facebook user, or a creative person or webmaster or anyone creating content for an audience of users, there's some good background on how Facebook arrived at their new design.

Maybe you love their new design, maybe you hate it - but now you'll know what was behind it. It's a little long (why is it so hard these days to watch anything over 9 minutes??), but worthy of your time.

Thanks Jonathan!
