wear wranglers, end up as road kill



Wrangler. Not just for cowboys anymore. All the hottest dead people are wearing them.

No thanks. I prefer my denim ads to feature the near dead - heroin skinny with racoon eyes, please.

Yes, I believe shock can drive response, when it's brand appropriate and on target with message.

But this campaign doesn't shock me, and doesn't say anything about the denim. It just feels like it's trying real hard to have the style of a Diesel or D&G ad, and not pulling it off.

I have no idea what kind of connection this ad is trying to make with this ad. Who would want to associate something that they wear with dead people?

Yat another reason to be glad I am a citizen of the USA. My Wrangler ads feature the very much alive Dale Earnhart Jr. And they only featured his daddy while HE was alive.
