college students blogging for spherion

Our client Spherion has created an interesting new blog, MyCampusChronicles. It's the voice of college students from across the U.S. Not marketers pretending to be college students, or writers interpreting college students - but actual students.

I like checking in on this, as a reality check to how college students really speak, and think. (Not that advertising copywriter versions of a college student aren't fun.) It's a nice peek at their lives and insights, and fresh perspective that feels so much more genuine than a marketing demographic study on students. In the process, they're also adding to the resumes of college bloggers - giving them worthwhile experience that they could bring to an employer. Nice job. (But then again, I guess I'm just kissing ass.)
