jc penney tries to be cool ![]() Saatchi & Saatchi are going to try and make JC Penney cool. (Good luck with that.) The new campaign, "Every Day Matters" will debut during the the Academy Awards ceremony on February 25 and will also feature print, online and in-store efforts.
