big agency life will lead you to kill people

I guess that's the message this clip is trying to send. Legendary creative superstar Chuck McBride, apparent heir to Lee Clow, has been talking about starting his own superstar firm. Or people are talking about it, so he created this in response. I don't know. But everyone's writing about it. That's what happens when you pretend to bludgeon people to death with a Clio award. Weird.

Awards are dangerous? I bet they are. Especially those that kill creativity. And I think that most of them are similar in nature to Oscar's - overhyped celebration of well executed mediocrity. The clip is brilliant.

Every writer and art director I know has been talking about this video. And I'm guessing more than a few are getting their books ready to send over there.
