bubble math doesn't add up

BusinessWeek is slammed by Signal vs. Noise for not getting the math right on their Digg story. The cover headline claims that Digg founder Kevin Rose has made $60 million in just 18 months. That math may be entirely sensationalistic, claims 37 signals.

Since there's not a single person that can do math in our shop (math is kryptonite for creatives) we'll have to trust Signal vs. Noise. Their point seemed to make sense. I'm just stoked that Kevin Rose made the cover of BusinessWeek. Way to go web2.0.
