big colorful tanks to build walls with
Architects from Modularbeat created an awesome nightclub in the middle of a parking lot. They used water tanks, water, and light, to produce really cool walls of water. Each tank includes a bulb that's individually controllable. This allows the walls to be used just like a low-fi video monitor. There's a Flickr photo set, too.
